How to tell if extraction will work

• If you can highlight text in the table, extraction usually works.
• If you can’t highlight text, it’s probably a scan and needs OCR.

Steps

1. Open PDF to Excel (CSV)
2. Select your PDF
3. Download the CSV and open in Excel/Sheets

Tips

• Start with a single page if the PDF is large.
• Clean up the CSV after export (split columns, remove empty rows).
